Transport minister, Spain’s ambassador discuss cooperation

AMMAN — Transport Minister Wajih Azaizeh on Thursday met Spain’s Ambassador to Jordan Aranzazu Banon Davalos in Amman. The meeting reviewed enhancing cooperation between the countries in the field of transport.

The two sides emphasised the need to bolster cooperation, notably in exchanging expertise in railways, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. It was also agreed to increase the number of meetings to exchange expertise, in both countries’ best interests and to improve the transport sector.

The diplomat expressed keenness to support Jordan in all fields, especially the transport sector to enhance freight and passenger movement between the countries.
