AMMAN — MP Miasar Sardiyeh of the Northern Badia attended the Lower House sessions this week after police reports said she abused her privileges last month facilitating the escape of a suspect from police custody.
Before the session on Sunday, she said “the judiciary acquitted me.” But some MPs have since discredited her claims, saying the judicial authority was on holiday from mid-July until August 31.
