Royal Decree approves amendments to General Sales Tax Law

AMMAN — A Royal Decree was issued on Thursday approving the law amending the 2022 General Sales Tax Law.

The law was published in the Official Gazette, No. 5812, on Thursday, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The amendment most notably stipulates returning tax refunds in the same year of tax collection, no later than 30 days from the date of submitting tax refund requests.
