PSD announces prison visiting hours during Eid

AMMAN — Correctional and rehabilitation centres will be open for visitors from 8am to 1pm during Eid Al Fitr, the feast that marks the end of Ramadan, according to the Public Security Department (PSD).

The department said the decision is in line with reform policies it is implementing to boost communication between inmates and their families instead of isolating them from the society.
