Prosecutor general to investigate 7-year-old girl’s death at Al Bashir Hospital

AMMAN — The death of a seven-year-old girl at Al Bashir Hospital will be investigated by the prosecutor general, the hospital’s director general, Mahmoud Zreiqat, said.
The girl, named Sirine, was admitted to the emergency department of Al Bashir Hospital on August 26 with abdominal pain, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The case was referred to the prosecutor general upon a recommendation of a committee formed to investigate the death.
