AMMAN — Under the patronage of HRH Princess Basma, honourary president of Save the Children (STC)/Jordan, the organisation celebrated its annual meeting in Amman last week, which saw the attendance of 200 members of the senior global leadership of STC.
Held under the theme of delivering “better together” for the world’s most deprived children, the organisation decided on major priorities — including common approaches to children’s education, health and protection, a statement by STC said. “It is an opportunity for our global leadership to come together and discuss priorities across the organisation…” the statement quoted Rania Malki, CEO of Save the Children Jordan, as saying.
