‘Ministry, Mutah University to cooperate in research on mineral resources’

AMMAN — The Energy Ministry and Mutah University on Friday signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation on geology and mineral resources research, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
It aims at implementing joint research projects in the fields of geology, mineral resources and earthquake risk management. Energy Minister Ibrahim Saif said that the memo is part of the national strategy 2025 that was prepared to develop the energy sector and benefit from raw materials found in the Kingdom.
