Majority of public institutions responded to NCHR notes

AMMAN — Basil Tarawneh, the government’s coordinator on human rights, on Thursday said that a “large” number of ministries and public and security institutions had delivered their response to notes included in the 2014 report issued by the National Centre for Human Rights.

At the second meeting of the government committee tasked with studying and following up on the report’s recommendations, Tarawneh said that a special supplement will be issued to highlight measures taken to implementing suggestions.
