Labour Minister receives Qatari counterpart

AMMAN — Labour Minister Nayef Istitieh on Wednesday received Qatari counterpart Ali Said Samikh Al Marri in Amman on an official visit. The two ministers are scheduled on Thursday to discuss key labour-related issues between the two countries, according to a labour ministry statement cited by the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

During the past two days, the Qatari ministers accompanying delegation, who arrived in Jordan last Monday, were briefed on the ministry's efforts in regulating the Kingdom's labour market, worker-employer affairs, as well as tasks of the ministry-affiliated institutions.
