JHCO, army deliver South African charity’s aid to Gaza Strip

AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO) in cooperation with the Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) on Monday sent a humanitarian aid convoy to the Gaza Strip, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The convoy, the third from the Charity Association-South Africa this year, consisted of five trucks loaded with 100 tonnes of rice be distributed to the people living in the Gaza Strip. The total amount of aid sent by the charity this year through the Jordanian military field hospital and the Sahaba charity amounts to 300 tonnes.
