JFDA chief Obeidat referred to retirement

AMMAN — The Council of Ministers, during a session chaired by Prime Minister Omar Razzaz, on Sunday decided to refer Hayel Obeidat, director general of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA), for retirement after reaching the legal age of retirement of 60.
The board of directors of the Social Security Investment Fund last month decided to appoint Obeidat as chairman of the Jordan Duty Free Shops Company, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
