ICT Ministry launches winter campaign for needy

AMMAN — The Social Committee at the ICT Ministry has launched a campaign to help children and the needy during winter titled “Sheta — Karamak Dafahom” (Winter: Your Generosity is Their Warmth), the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday.

The campaign aims to support those in need across the Kingdom with winter clothes, heaters and blankets.

During the campaign, 240 heaters and 300 blankets were distributed in Maan, Tafileh, Karak, Madaba, Irbid, Ajloun and Ramtha. According to a statement by the ministry, the campaign was launched in cooperation with Amen FM and support from several private sector companies.
