House speaker reiterates Kingdom’s solidarity with Palestinians

AMMAN — Lower House Speaker Abdulmunim Oddat on Sunday stressed the importance of Palestinian unity, notably reformulating positions to enhance Palestinians’ resilience in the face of occupation.

Speaking during an interview with Palestine TV, Oddat reiterated the Kingdom’s solidarity with the Palestinians, stressing that the Palestinian cause is an integral part of Jordan’s foreign policy, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

On the Kingdom’s role, Oddat said that His Majesty King Abdullah has rejected the so-called “deal of the century”, adding that the Parliament, the government, the people, as well as all political parties, associations and youth are in harmony with the positions and efforts of His Majesty to serve the best interests of Palestinians and their just cause.
