AMMAN — The dependents of healthcare workers who died due to COVID-19 are eligible to 75 per cent of wages, covered until the date of death, the Social Security Corporation (SSC) said on Saturday.
The SCC said that the decision includes workers in public and private hospitals and laboratories, considering the death a work injury, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The corporation also covers the cost of treating healthcare providers, who require hospital admission.
