Head of Palestine MP Committee receives Palestinian chief Islamic justice

AMMAN — The Palestinian cause and Jerusalem are among Jordan’s top foreign policy priorities, MP Yahia Saud, head of the Lower House’s Palestine Committee, confirmed on Monday, during a meeting with Palestinian Chief Islamic Justice Mahmoud Habbash.
The MP said that the panel’s efforts are founded on His Majesty King Abdullah’s unwavering stance on the Palestinian cause and Jerusalem, pertaining to protecting the occupied Holy City and its Islamic and Christian sites, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Habbash praised his Majesty’s stances the permanent’s calls for protecting the Holy City and its religious endowments.
