Hawari inaugurates first operational phase of Tafileh hospital

AMMAN — Health Minister Feras Al Hawwari on Wednesday inaugurated the first operational phase of Tafileh Public Hospital emergency department and clinics.
Hawari said that establishing this hospital followed the Royal directives to provide “distinguished” health services for citizens, where the hospital will also be used for educational purposes due to its adjacency to the Tafileh Technical University, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Hospital Director Ahmad Mrayyat said that the hospital area is 30,000 square metres and includes seven floors with seven operation rooms, 11-bed kidney dialysis department, 17-bed ICU, and a prematurity department with 15 baby incubators.
