GCC ambassadors to Jordan hold periodic meeting

AMMAN — The ambassadors of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to Jordan on Wednesday held their periodic meeting to discuss enhancing relations of the GCC countries with Jordan as well as bolstering coordination and cooperation in various fields, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
During the meeting, Saudi Ambassador Naif Bin Bandar Al Sudairi stressed that all GCC countries greatly appreciate and value their relations with Jordan.
Highlighting the constant aspiration to strengthen GCC-Jordan relations, he stressed the importance of such periodic meetings, which provide an opportunity to consult on future plans to achieve strategic goals and common interests between GCC states on one hand, and promote common interests and cooperation with Jordan on the other.
GCC ambassadors stressed that the Gulf-Jordanian relations are a model for Arab cooperation in all fields, describing them as “a bright image that can be built upon to enhance joint Arab action and activate Arab agreements and decisions”, according to Petra.
