Cabinet approves by-law to improve government services

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Sunday approved the 2016 by-law on improving government services, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The by-law aims to improve the performance of the government and the means of providing government services.

It sets the standard to be followed when providing public services, in terms of time, cost, measures, means and quality, in addition to an online central system in the Ministry of Public Sector Development to receive complaints on service provision through its website.
