AMMAN — The Cabinet on Sunday approved the validating reasons for amendments to Judicial Allowances Bylaw for Public Security Directorate's (PSD) Personnel for 2023.
The regulation, approved during a Cabinet session headed by Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh, aims to control double allowances paid to PSD judges based on the 2015 Judicial Service Bylaw for Military Judges and its amendments, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Also, the Council of Ministers approved the validating reasons for 2023 Administrative Organisation Bylaw of the Hajj Fund.
The bill seeks to reduce overlap among the fund's various levels, provide necessary standards for measuring performance, and achieve its vision through organising the staff within clear legislative standards.
