AMMAN — Anti-Narcotic Department (AND) personnel recently foiled a smuggling attempt and arrested two suspects, according to a Public Security Department statement released Saturday.
AND received information about suspects attempting to smuggle narcotic pills in empty cans out of the Kingdom and tracked the vehicle, which turned out to contain around 650,000 narcotic pills, according to the statement.
