Arab Parliament delegation praises conduct of election

AMMAN — Delegates of the Arab Parliament on Tuesday praised the management of the 2020 election process in Jordan despite the difficult epidemiological conditions the Kingdom and the world are currently facing, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

Appreciating the efforts exerted by the Independent Election Commission (IEC), Ahmad Raslan, the head delegate, noted that the delegation will deliver a report in which it will discuss all details concerning the election process.

The delegation arrived on Monday despite COVID-19 travel restrictions in support of the democratic progress the Kingdom is witnessing, Raslan said.
