Orange Jordan launches 'Wi-Fi Campus' for training

Orange Jordan launched "Wi-Fi Campus" at its centre in Na’our to offer training for employees for home Internet issues, to enhance custom-ers' experiences. Training covers "Smart Life Solutions" such as in-door cameras, sensors and other devices.

The campus, where training courses started earlier this month, enhances employees’ knowledge regarding factors that may affect home Internet and its quality, such as the quality of the walls, used devices and house parameter, reflecting on customers’ expe-riences to ensure the best Internet experience.

Orange Jordan CEO Thierry Marigny said es-tablishing the campus seeks to provide employ-ees with necessary training and experience to offer unmatched after-sales services.
