AQABA — One person died and four others were injured on Saturday after inhaling carbon dioxide while carrying out maintenance on a storage container for ammonium fluoride at an industrial complex in Aqaba.
The injured were taken toPrincessHayaMilitaryHospitalwhere they were reported to be in a stable condition, the assistant executive director of the complex, Mohammad Attiyat, said.
Also yesterday in Aqaba, a guest worker died in a landslide that occurred while he was digging a well in the Wehdat area, according to the Civil Defence Department.
