Sharif Hassan Ben Zeid, former minister Awadallah, others arrested for security reasons

AMMAN — Sherif Hassan Ben Zeid and former minister Bassem Awadallah, among others, have been arrested for security reasons, a security source said on Saturday.

The arrests occurred following intensive security follow-ups, according to the source.

Investigations are underway into the issue, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
