AMMAN — Royal Jordanian and King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) have renewed their social partnership agreement regarding donations of frequent flyers miles in the Royal Plus Programme, a partnership that started in 2014, the national carrier said in a statement released Sunday.
Under the agreement, RJ gives its frequent flyers, members of Royal Plus Programme, the chance to contribute to the fight against cancer by donating their collected travel miles to the KHCF and the King Hussein Cancer Centre to be used by patients to travel to therapeutic recreation camps abroad.
The miles could also be used by the centre’s doctors and employees to travel and get necessary training, and to attend medical conferences, the statement said.
