Public employees trained on good governance practices

AMMAN — Deputising for Minister of Public Sector Development Khleef Al Khawaldeh, the ministry’s secretary general, Khalid Lahham, on Monday inaugurated a training workshop to raise awareness of good governance practices in the public sector.

Around 100 public sector employees working in performance development, strategic planning and governance are participating in the two-day workshop, according to a ministry statement.

The event is organised to produce quarterly assessment reports on governance practices in public departments, with each report covering one sector or more.
