Princess Basma opens medical conference

AMMAN — HRH Princess Basma on Wednesday attended the opening ceremony of the Federation of Islamic Medical Associations’ conference held at the Islamic Hospital.

A number of topics, including the effect of the modern lifestyle on reproductive health, the effects of radiation and chemical drugs, and genetic disorders will be discussed during the conference which will begin its sessions on Thursday.

The conference was dedicated to Dr Ali Mashaal, one of the hospital’s founders who passed away recently.
