AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh on Wednesday met with a US delegation and stressed the importance of the strategic US-Jordanian partnership.
The foreign minister highlighted Jordan’s efforts in dealing with the different issues and developments in the region, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Judeh stressed the importance of establishing an independent Palestinian state, finding a political solution to the Syrian crisis and discussed efforts to combat terrorism. For their part, the delegates commended Jordan’s role in dealing with the developments in the Middle East.
