Jordanian, Qatari chambers of commerce discuss cooperation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC) Khalil Hajj Tawfiq and Chairman of the Qatar Chamber Sheikh Khalifa Bin Jassim Al Thani on Sunday discussed means to enhance relations between the two countries' private sectors and increase cooperation in all fields. The meeting was held following the Doha-hosted 39th General Assembly Meeting of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture (ICCIA), which saw the participation of the 57 member states of ICCIA, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Sheikh Khalifa expressed Qatar Chamber's keenness to enhance cooperation ties with JCC and other chambers in Islamic counties in a bid to bolster trade relations between Islamic countries.
