Army chief, UK envoy talk region, ties

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti and UK Ambassador to Jordan Edward Oakden on Monday went over the latest regional and international developments.

During the meeting held at Huneiti's office at the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, the two sides discussed issues of mutual interest to the armies of both countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
