Jordan on Tuesday condemns the attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus which resulted in multiple casualties (JT file)
AMMAN — Jordan on Tuesday condemned the attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus which resulted in multiple casualties.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Sufian Qudah stressed that such an attack is a grave violation of international law and an assault on the sanctity of diplomatic premises as protected by the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
Qudah conveyed Jordan's condolences to the victims of the bombing and wished the wounded a speedy recovery.
