Qatar offers 20,000 job opportunities for Jordanian workers

AMMAN — Lower House Speaker Ahmad Safadi  met Qatari Labour Minister Ali Said Samikh Al Marri on Monday, to discuss collaboration for the benefit of both nations. Safadi, who is visiting Doha upon an invitation of the president of the Qatari Shura Council, Hassan Bin Abdullah Al Ghanim, praised the steps taken by the Qatari government to attract qualified Jordanian professionals to work in Qatar, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.  Marri said that the recruitment of Jordanian workers in various sectors is in line with the directives of the leadership of his country, adding that it is aiming to offer 20,000 job opportunities for Jordanians in Qatar in accordance with Emir of Qatar’s initiative.
