AMMAN — The "usurped entity" has gone too far in Palestine by committing heinous massacres, the latest of which is the bombing of hospitals, which demonstrates that it is a terrorist entity that believes in extremism and deals in the logic of gangs, Lower House Speaker Ahmad Safadi said on Wednesday.

During an emergency session of the Lower House, attended by Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh and Cabinet members, Safadi said that the "usurped entity" recklessly committed its crime amid an absence of world powers that have always tried to promote the concepts of human rights and the right to decent living in peace, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The speaker added that with the misinformation depicting the perpetrator as a victim, it is clear that all principles of humanity and international law have become meaningless, adding that this destruction in Gaza is terrorism and a true reflection of the extremism of the right-wing government of the Israeli occupation.

Safadi noted that the Gaza Strip is witnessing war crimes in which the occupation is practising various forms of terrorism and destruction by targeting young and old civilians, and the crime of the Baptist Al Ahli Hospital will remain a disgrace in human history, and a heinous war crime that contradicts morality as described by His Majesty King Abdullah.

He added that those responsible for this crime, as HRH Crown Prince Hussein stressed, must be held accountable for this heinous massacre.
