AMMAN — The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) on Sunday signed a cooperation agreement with Qatar Charity (QC) with the aim of offering donations to support the underprivileged and refugee patients at the King Hussein Cancer Centre (KHCC).

This agreement, signed by KHCF Director General Nisreen Qatamesh and Adviser to CEO and General Supervisor of QC Jordan Office Saleh Marri, is an extension of the joint strategic partnership launched in 2017, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Qatamesh praised QC's donation, which comes as a continuation of the charity's longstanding efforts over years, adding that the sustainable partnership so far helped support 168 cancer patients who could not afford their treatment.

Marri said that the agreement aims to support cancer patients and enable them to face the treatment burdens in appropriate psychological conditions.
