HRH Princess Ghida inaugurates 2nd regional Jordanian breast cancer conference

AMMAN — HRH Princess Ghida Talal, chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF), on Monday inaugurated the second regional conference of the Jordanian breast cancer programme titled "Integrative Approach to Combating Breast Cancer".
In her speech, Princess Ghida stressed ongoing efforts and capabilities to raise awareness in local and Arab communities to ensure that women's health is a top priority, and to direct every woman to practice early detection efforts without hesitation, fear or delay, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The two-day conference aims to discuss the latest developments, practices and challenges related to breast cancer, especially early detection, and will include workshops for health providers, such as radiologists.
