Six water theft cases detected in Southern Shouneh

AMMAN — The Water Ministry, in cooperation with the Public Security Directorate, has detected six incidents of water theft in which water was illegally diverted from the main pipelines in the Southern Shouneh region to supply farms, 16 hotel apartments, one car wash station, in addition to filling water tankers. The illegal fixtures were removed, the ministry said, stressing efforts to prevent water theft across the Kingdom, according to the Jordan news Agency, Petra.
