Army chief visits JAF electronic warfare department

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Tuesday visited the Jordan Armed Forces’ (JAF) electronic warfare department to take a first-hand look at the department's tasks and efforts to maintain the security of the Kingdom and the armed forces.

The army chief toured the department and learned about its latest plans and modernisation operations, commending the advanced level of the department's personnel.

The army chief conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army to the department’s personnel, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
