AMMAN — INJAZ on Sunday launched the 15th annual Business Leaders Campaign (BLC), the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The month-long campaign aims to inspire and motivate students to set and achieve goals for the future.
INJAZ CEO Deema Bibi noted that the campaign is organised and implemented annually by the Education Ministry in collaboration with Jordanian private sector businesses.
Businesspeople transfer their expertise to students through interactive sessions, she said, adding that more than a thousand prominent business figures have participated in the campaign since its inception.
The CEO indicated that the campaign is implemented in all regions of the Kingdom, providing a unique opportunity for business and community leaders to directly guide and inspire students.
Bibi highlighted the importance of collaboration between various sectors to ensure the success of all INJAZ-sponsored programmes and events.
INJAZ believes that empowering youth and preparing them for entry into the labour market is a responsibility shared by all sectors of Jordanian society.
Originally launched in 2008 under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania, BLC 2022 is implemented in cooperation with the Jordan Payments and Clearing Company (JOPACC) and Mashrek International School.
