Jordanian recognised with Edinburgh International Award

AMMAN — Jordanian Samar Kildani was awarded the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award for her exceptional service. In a ceremony held in Romania, the Prince of Wessex and Forfar presented the award to Kildani in recognition of her contribution to the Duke of Edinburgh's International Prize, known as the Hassan Youth Award in Jordan, for over more than 30 years.
More than one million young people are currently participating in the award across 130 countries and territories, developing new skills and serving their communities.
