AMMAN — The Jordan Food and Drug Administration's (JFDA) inspection teams have seized 4,500 packs of chocolate counterfeited from a famous brand, and 150 kilogrammes of raw materials.

JFDA Director General Nizar Mheidat on Monday said that the packs were discovered at an unlicensed workshop in an apartment with the intention of being distributed in markets, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Mheidat added that the JFDA referred the workshop's owner to the relevant authorities to proceed with legal action.
