Royal Hashemite Court mourns passing of Queen Rania’s father

AMMAN — The Royal Hashemite Court is mourning the passing of the father of Her Majesty Queen Rania, and the grandfather of Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Hussein, Prince Hashem, Princess Iman and Princess Salma, Faisal Sidqi Al Yassin, who passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022.
By His Majesty King Abdullah’s orders, the Royal Hashemite Court has announced seven days of mourning, as of Friday, according to a Royal Court statement.
The Royal Hashemite Court expressed its deepest sympathies and condolences to Their Majesties, Their Royal Highnesses, and to the Yassin family in these difficult times.
