Jordan Economic Forum to kick off in March

AMMAN — The Jordanian Forum for Democracy and Economy on Monday announced the 20th session of the Jordan Economic Forum slated for March 2022 under the title "Blockchain and Financial Innovation Summit 2022".
The forum, which will be held on the Dead Sea shores in cooperation with the Afaq Group for Media and Conference Organisation, will address the latest developments in economic and FinTech technologies, especially following the outbreak of the pandemic, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Khaldoun Nusair, chairman of the higher organising committee, said that the event will also discuss traditional economies’ abilities to keep pace with the technological revolution and digital transformation.
Nusair added that the forum will also discuss technologies in the financial sector, financial innovation and electronic payment services areas. Additionally, the forum will discuss means to provide smart organisational solutions to digital economy problems, and the challenges that technology creates in human resource management and training.
