Education Ministry to begin receiving teachers’ transfer requests electronically

AMMAN — The central planning committee at the Ministry of Education on Wednesday approved the mechanism for transferring teachers and administrators from one governorate to another for the academic year 2020/2021 during a remote meeting headed by Minister of Education Tayseer Nueimi.

The committee decided to receive transfer requests electronically as part of the procedures and electronic services being used by the ministry in light of the government’s preventive measures to deal with COVID-19, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The ministry called on all teachers wishing to apply for external transfer for the coming academic year to visit the link http://apps.moe.gov.jo/app/Transferring/ and fill out the transfer form, which will be available from Sunday until Thursday evening, May 28.
