Winter initiative launched to provide clothes to Jordanian, Syrian families

AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO), in cooperation with the Saudi Arabian King Salman Centre for Relief and Humanitarian Affairs, on Sunday launched a winter initiative to distribute clothes to underprivileged Jordanian families and Syrian refugees.
The project targets five governorates, namely Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Mafraq and Jerash, and is designed to distribute clothing coupons to around 2,850 families, with a total of 21,350 beneficiaries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
JHCO Secretary General Ayman Al Mufleh highlighted the JHCO’s endeavours to implement joint projects that produce beneficial outcomes for underprivileged Jordanian families and Syrian refugees alike.
