Agreement signed to establish SSC office in Petra

AMMAN — The Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority (PDTRA) and the Social Security Corporation (SSC) on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a SSC office within the investment window at the authority.

The agreement aims at facilitating SSC procedures that represent the core services for tourist and economic institutions in Petra, according to a PDRTA statement.

PDTRA Chief Commissioner Suleiman Farajat said that the office will be tasked with issuing official letters for owners of tourist and economic institutions, answering their inquiries and acquainting them with services provided by the SSC. Farajat and SSC Director General Hazem Rahahleh signed the MoU.
