Russian government awards Adaileh Medal of Cooperation

AMMAN — The special envoy of the Russian President for the Middle East and Africa, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, on Monday held a farewell for the former Jordanian ambassador to Russia, Amjad Adaileh.
During the ceremony, attended by Jordanian and Russian diplomats, Bogdanov awarded Adaileh a Medal of Cooperation, adding that he appreciated Adaileh’s efforts in enhancing Jordanian-Russian relations and expanding the scope of cooperation and partnership between the two countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Adaileh expressed his appreciation for the honour by the Russian government, stressing that, during his time as Jordan’s ambassador to Russia, he worked to strengthen the relations between the two countries following the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah, who has a close relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
