Agreement signed to boost Arab nations’ agricultural growth

AMMAN — The Arab Group for the Protection of Nature (APN) on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Arab Organisation for Agricultural Development (AOAD) to boost Arab nations' agricultural growth and sustain natural resources, an APN statement said on Thursday.
Under the agreement, the Arab League institution will work with the APN to prepare documents for projects related to the framework of preserving nature and the environment, according to the statement.
Also under the MoU, a series of workshops and forums will be held related to the environment and nature, as the AOAD works in the field of agricultural growth and food security.
