Chef Toufic Ismail Joins Fairmont Amman

Fairmont Amman managed by AccorHotels, has announced the appointment of Toufic Ismail as an executive pastry chef.
“We are excited to welcome Toufic Ismail to Fairmont Amman, where he will dedicate his renowned innovative pastry techniques and passion to dazzle our guests with his unique creations,” Fairmont Amman General Manager Fadeel Wehbe said.
Ismail has extensive experience in perfecting the art of baking, sugar art design, and chocolate carving, starting his career at the InterContinental Hotels Group-Lebanon, before moving into leading positions in several prestigious hotels and resorts in Algeria, UAE, Maldives and Qatar, allowing him to learn and modify recipes.
With his appointment, in addition to the latest promotions witnessed recently at Fairmont Amman, the hotel reinforces its strategy to recruit exceptional talents, aiming at offering extraordinary experiences for its guests.
