Safadi hosts Oman counterpart for talks on joint coordination

AMMAN — Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi on Saturday received Omani Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Yousef Bin Alawi Bin Abdullah and an accompanying delegation.

The two ministers’ meeting covered the results of prior talks held in Muscat in June, and both sides discussed ways of furthering Jordanian-Omani relations and cooperation in all fields, according to a Foreign Ministry statement.

Talks also tackled regional developments and the coordination of efforts to overcome challenges and achieve security and stability in service of Arab causes.
