FM receives Czech delegation on boosting bilateral cooperation

AMMAN — Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi on Monday received a delegation, comprised of members of the Czech parliament, led by Lubomir Zoaralek. The meeting between Safadi and the delegation tackled aspects of bilateral cooperation as the minister highlighted various opportunities to enhance economic, tourism and investment cooperation.
In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, Safadi updated members of the delegation on the latest regional developments, focusing on those pertaining to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, the Syrian crisis, counterterrorism efforts, Jordan’s stances on the most notable regional issues and the Kingdom’s efforts to establish peace, security and stability in the region.
Members of the delegation voiced their appreciation for the His Majesty King Abdullah’s efforts in sustaining regional peace and stability and stressed the importance of furthering Jordanian-Czech relations.
